I had the pan-seared Chilean sea-bass and it melted in my mouth. I could not believe how great it tasted. The prices seemed expensive at first, until I saw how much food I was given and tasted how amazing it was! I highly recommend. And don't let the name fool you, there are plenty of options for those who are not into seafood.
