I use their service frequently and find they are always on time and their pricing is good. I would highly recommend Sunshine Taxi to other people.
A breath of Sunshine: I called this service to 'get a ride' and they were delightful. Very nice, informative and helpful. The person answering my call was not impatient but answered all my questions.
I use the service very often. Drivers are clean and very nice. Cars are clean pricing is great always on time and dispatchers are nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone to use Sunshine

I'll WALK next time – They charged me 57$! for a 14 mile ride! are you kidding me! I know gas prices are up, but this is crazy. I will stick with ABC or Boxborough next time.
I felt like I was really taken advantage of-as I was coming from Emerson and so a little loopy. REALLY not fair.
I was stunned and I thought I heard that price wrong when they dropped me off.
I will never EVER take this taxi again.
Becareful with Sunshine Taxi – Never ever travel in Sunshine taxi. In worse case, if you happened to travel, never give your credit card details to them. They will misuse your credit card information. I happened to travel in their taxi once and I gave my credit card details for the payment. They charged 4 times (around $500) in my credit card in four different dates in the duration of 2 months. I called to enquire about it and the response was horrible I spoke to a lady called Laura (I think she is the owner of the cab service), she was very rude and harsh while talking to me. I spoke to them thrice and the outcome was zero. Now I have opened an enquiry against them through my credit card company. Lets see how it goes. So I will never advice anyone to hire Taxi from the Sunshine taxi.
Dont give your credit card info while paying – I used the cab service a few months ago and paid with my debit card. But last month I found a charge on my card for for 85 dollars!! for services that I did not use. I called Sunshine cab in Westborough, but after trying for three weeks to correct the mistake, I finally gave up. The person would say they will look into the matter and call me back, but never would. So please be careful who you give your credit/debit card information.
Save your money and use the Yellow Pages instead! – The driver could not have been nicer however, $45 AS A FLAT RATE TO TRAVEL ONE TOWN OVER??? There is no meter in the cab and he called in for directions that were never forthcoming from dispatch. How in this day and age do you run a cab company without GPS??? Look in the Yellow pages for another service as our hosts did when we left their house, we saved 15 bucks by doing so.
Absolutely horrible! Most disorganized car service ever (too bad the drivers are nice). – I have used many car services in my years of business and personal travel. I'm not particularly critical to be honest. I just want to get there on time and not have to worry about whether the pickup will be on-time. I used Green Cab in Somerville for many years - they weren't the nicest cars but they were always EARLY and polite.
After about 10 trips with Sunshine we have given up on them.
They didn't show for a pre-scheduled pickup from the airport. (Great feeling to be stranded at the airport after a week on the road). When I called them to inquire about where the driver is the dispatch explained "they picked up the wrong person". "How would you like to make up for this inconvenience?", I asked. We'll give you a discount on your next trip. (never happened).
A few months later, my wife scheduled a ride from the West Concord train station to our home. They showed up 20 minutes late, making her wait in a rain storm.
We were foolish enough to schedule another trip from home to the airport on our last vacation. Guess what? No show. We had to jump in the car and drive ourselves (didn't plan on parking at Logan for 2+ weeks). A half hour later, the same clueless dispatch called us to say "the car is on the way, just running 30 minutes late..." "Too late", I said, "we had to leave because we have a flight to catch." (they had even taken down all of the flight details from us when we booked). "This is a major inconvenience you have caused us, and it isn't the first time you have left us stranded." She said "good bye" and hung up on me. When I called back and asked why she hung up on a customer, she said "it was an accident". When I asked how she would like to make up this inconvenience (and added cost of having to park at Logan), she said "we'll give you half off of your next trip." Amazing.
We will never call them or recommend them again.
