The owner of this salon should be ashamed of herself!. I went in the have synthetic hair extensions to fill in some thin areas and add a little length. I paid close to $400.00 and the results were terrible. The OWNER put in way too long pieces (about 26") which were way too sparse and it looked like little sticks coming out the back of my head. I called the shop when I got home and got a good look at the horrible mess she made of my hair and she was not willing to do anything other than have me come in and have one of her STAFF "look" at it. The staff were very apologetic and nice, but the OWNER would not fix my hair without charging me another $300.00! To fix her mistake?! If she had put the extensions in correctly by having them be shorter thereby doubling and thickening the result it would have been fine. This lady should be ashamed! She DOES NOT know what she is doing.

A competitor in the area fixed my hair for $100.00 and did a great job. I have pictures of the botched job and the subsequent correction if anyone is interested, I just can't scan them right now... Please tell all your friends and relatives not to go to this salon which is presently located in Medical City! This lady is a con artist. I hope all her hair falls out someday!
