Sears Auto Center

Need front people with knowledge. Took our car in for 4 new tires, front-end alignment, and all 4 tires balanced. Took about 3+ hours. Cost over $600. That was all fine, and explained to us. We left and that evening we noticed one of the lug nuts was sticking out further than the others and looked like it was cross threaded. The next morning we took the car back and the front desk person said, "So what's the problem, it's still tight". My wife told him, it may be tight, but it's not right. He then told us to get in line, and it will be about 1-2 hours before anybody could get to us. My wife, deciding she did not want to spend another day wasted at Sears, left and I told her I would take care of it. If there is ANY kind of problem, i will provide another negative posting. If they resolve the problem like they should, I will provide a positive posting. Stay tuned.…
