Five Stars. I cannot attest to what type of service this florist provides for weddings but I certainly can comment on their selection, creativity and customer service. Without question this is the best florist in the Worcester area and the owner has a great sense of style, originality and artistry when selecting plants and flowers and creating arrangements. I have only had interactions with pleasant and helpful staff. My only disappointment is their delivery area but that didn't stop me from using them the last time I needed flowers for an occasion-just arranged for courier service-it was worth the expense.

Wonderful Florist. The best in Worcester. You won't find a more creative florist. I have used them for my wedding and any other time I need flowers. A+++

The most unprofessional florist ever!. After initially contacting Cathy, owner of Sprout, about my wedding floral plans, I was excited to hear her ideas and book her for my wedding. After three months of 6 unreturned emails and phones calls, I had had enough. I called to ask her to return some samples I sent her, so I could bring them to another florist. I was put on hold by one of her employees for an hour only to have to hang up myself. This florist is so unprofessional, that it prompted me to write my first every negative review on CitySearch. This is definately not a good way to run a business!

Bad customer service. My friends were in touch with the store to do a special event and Sprout never even called them back after the initial visit eventhough the customer called and stopped in several times. In good business you let the customer know if you are unable to do a service for them! I have heard several other similar stores from people as well.

Superb job with my wedding flowers. Sprout did my wedding flowers in fall '05. Cathy was great to work with - a very good listener who understood my basic requirements/color palette and added her own creativity to create a result that everyone at the wedding RAVED about. She was also very helpful in coming up with an elegant centerpiece idea that fit with my theme and even helped me save on costs. Compared with other florists I worked with, she was a stand-out in her unique blend of working with my ideas and simultaneously infusing her creativity for a unique and beautiful result.
