I went here to get my teeth x-rayed and cleaned back in October of '09.

Lincoln Dental billed my insurance company incorrectly. They did not provide the dentists name, therefore my insurance could not pay them. My insurance company told them to resubmit the ppwk w/ appropriate info. TWICE Lincoln dental submitted the SAME ppwk and didn't provide the dentists name. My insurance company contacted them again, trying to get the correct info and Lincoln did not respond or try to resolve this with the insurance company AT ALL.

Instead, they send me a Notice of Trial in Small Claims Court because of MY failure to pay Lincoln Dental. Not a threat to send me to court, but an actual court date, court fee, interest due along w/ payment, lawer representing them.... etc... etc.... They did not get their payment due to THEIR error, not mine, yet they send me to court. NOT ONCE was I informed of the problem or did they even attempt to contact my insurance company and resolve this. I always did like the hygenists at Lincoln Sq. Now, I will never go here and I'm facebooking and blogging anywhere I can to let people know of this ridiculous experience with Lincoln Square Dental and the complete laziness and lack of good customer service.

While the medical professionals are great, I recommend that anyone considering Lincoln Dental first check their public complaint record.

• Pros: Good dentists and hygienists
• Cons: Business practices
