i got served a raw hamburger!!!!! but great beer.. i went in on a sunday night at 6:30pm with a group of 8. this place has an AMAZING beer selection and decent prices. however, they refused to serve the oldest member of our party, a 25 year old latino, because his state issued ID card didn't say the word "liquor"on it, but barely checked the rest of our party's (we're white). we should've left after that but the first place we went had a 1.5 hour wait!

long story short, we were in the restaurant for 2 hours. it took us 45 minutes to get 4 appetizers, and then another 45 minutes to get our dinners. everyone's burgers were slightly undercooked from what they had ordered.. except mine. IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW!! what kind of chef feels okay sending out a raw burger?!?! i'm really glad i cut it in half before i ate it...

after trying to flag down our waitress, i finally catch the attention of a different server, who apoligizes and sends back my burger (after muttering under her breath what a poopy job this other chick was doing). 5 minutes later our own server comes back, and when we brought the raw burger to her attention, instead of apologizing all she said was "yeah, i know."

after sending the same patty with the same toppings back to me (so tonight i get to reheat my leftovers for yet a third time..), she continues to literally ignore us all for the rest of the night, never once asking if everything was ok (even after i received my reheated burger). we spoke to the manager and had my $15 burger and the added 18% gratuity removed from the bill. if the waitress had at least tried to redeem herself and been friendly, polite, or even seemed to care at all that her 8person table was having a terribl experience, we probably would have left her more than a $10 tip on the $144 bill, but she never even apologized for serving me a raw burger!!

to be fair, the raw burger wasnt this chicks fault, the beer selection was amazing, the prices decent, & for the most part the food was ok.

A fun place, but lots of noise. Be sure to sign up for the email club. They are very generous with coupons and promotions

Good bar food priced right. The food is pretty good, and so are the prices. They have a huge beer menu as well. The place is a staple lunch spot for my coworkers and I. Never had bad service or a bad meal, always consistently good experiences here.
