Nice cars. I stopped into OConnell Motors to check out a couple of cars I had seen on line. I was a little put off at first because there was only one salesperson waiting on three customers. The cleanup kid showed me around and although he was very nice it was apparent that he wasn't too knowledgeable about the cars. After test riding some cars I was impressed that they were clean and they all ran well. Eventually the salesman Bill was able to talk to me and informed me about what repairs had been made on each car. Bill was entertaining if a bit quirky but quite sincere. I definitely felt he was trustworthy. I bought a RAV4 and it has been a great car so far. I brought it in to have the emergency brake adjusted, which OConnell did while I waited at no charge. I was impressed that they made room to fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. Everyone I met at OConnells was nice and it's quite clear that they are very selective about the cars that they sell. I would give them two thumbs up!

stay clear of this place.... Wow, I can?t even believe these guys are even in business. In their Company description it states ?earning a good reputation would be the most important aspect in the dealerships success?. I would assume there reputation is far from good judging by the way I was treated. I sent in an email about a vehicle they had in stock, even if my offer was lower than what they would except for the vehicle there is no reason to be completely rude. This is the email I received back ?Wow you?re a big spender! Too bad we sold it last week for $6200. Go bother someone else?. I was appalled; anyone interested in a vehicle should avoid this place like the plague. If this is how bad they treat people in an email, I can only imagine how poorly they treat people face to face. If you are looking for a vehicle make sure to stay as far away from these guys as possible.

Good Guys. I was recommended by my mechanic to check out O'Connell Motors for a car for my oldest daughter about ten years ago. We found a great Camry at a fair price and she drove that car into the ground. I have since bought a truck for myself and two other cars for my sons and have found O'Connell Motors to be more than reasonable in standing behind what they sell. Most recently, when the alternator on my sons Sentra broke O'Connell fixed it for the cost of the part ($112) even though we were over two months out of warranty. They have an excellent mechanic. The salesman Bill is occasionally grumpy but very honest. I would recommend these guys.

O'Connell Motors, Framingham MA.. Hey People out there. be careful while buying vehicles from this dealer. You must have heard good things about this dealer from taxi drivers or big/bad motor servicing centers. Its only because they want more business and want from the people like you to buy junks from this car dealer in high price and after a few days take the junk to the service centers time and again to get fixed paying high prices or throw the junk in the junk yard and back to taxi.

It seems a nexus between these three entities in the community/society where they just want your money no matter what.
