Good food but can't make up for service.
I have eaten at Chloe twice. The food was fantastic, imaginative & seasonal. I just can't get over the service and I don't think I will go back.
My pet peeves on waiters/waitresses are simple...know the menu, have a pleasant attitude, refill my water glass in a timely manner especially if I have not ordered a drink and clear the dishes in a timely manner.
The most important thing I want from my waitress is to not disappear especially after I've received my entree. My steak was not cooked properly which isn't a problem as long as it is taken care of. We waited so long that we had to ask the other waitress to help us.
I'm happy to pay the price for good food and service but not one or the other.
