horrible service!!!!. i bought a lcd tv with them and when i brought it home, it didn't work, there was a black screen when turned on.

i brought it back to the store. they told me they wouldn't take it back saying that i broke it...WTF... I was so pissed so after arguing with them for hours until they kicked me hours with the reason that their store is closing for the night. next day i brought it to another store in marlboro(?), the people there were much nicer and accepted my return after i explained to them.

I have never gone back to this bestbuy in worcester, and will not go back there again. they are rude, not reasonable and treated the customers so bad...

if you ever buy a tv there, have them test it in front of you before you bring it home, or you wont be able to return it if it is broke
