RUN!. You can definately tell that this place is in a mall because of the level of service you receive. The sinks were filthy, the stylists don't know how to dress or style hair and were extremely rude. My hair stylist did not acknowledge my existence the whole time and only talked to her friend who sat in an empty chair next to her. As she cut my hair, she ended up cutting my ear! She didn't have any bandaids so she handed me tissue paper. In addition to this, I left with streaky hair and a uneven hair cut. I complained to the manager and she only defended the stylist and said the best she could do is take 10% off. I left angry and called corporate on them only to be told they would have someone call me back. Two weeks go by and I have yet to hear from them.

This is not a typical mall salon! FIVE STARS!. I have been getting my hair done here regularly for 1 year. Everyone is really nice, and it is always easy to get an appointment when you want or to just walk-in. All of the hair stylists have great styles and are very helpful if you are indecisive like me. It is really clean. They also do waxing. They do not push products on you!

Home of some terrific stylists and the hours can't be beat!. Nikki at Regis fabulous! Her color knowledge is out of this world, her instincts are great and she's really willing to work with her clients. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about her. Always remember that not all stylists here are full-time, long-time employees so you may have to try a couple of stylists before you find your perfect match, but the convenience of the mall location cannot be beat. Combined with a stylist who knows his or her stuff, this is a fantastic place to go.
