NEO Interiors- AWESOME- a hidden yem if you're interested in modern style furniture! A few of my purchases included a sofa, dining room table, platform bed, buffet- all from Italy- top quality and very reasonable prices

Everyone who I had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable, but it wasn't until they introduced me to Irina who made my ideas become a reality- she created exactly what I wanted!

The white glove delivery guys were on time, fast and efficient in assembling my brand new items.

My condo looks terrific- NEO and Irina are fabulous- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!

We have been buying all of our furniture from NEO Interiors for about 7 years. The quality is top notch and so is the service. They carry very contemporary and modern lines and the furniture easily accommodates to both houses and apartments.

Once in the store you should realize that you are not in just a furniture showroom per se, rather in a boutique, where not every piece of furniture is displayed. But use your imagination; they have lots of catalogs, samples, swatches as well as interior designer services.

I find their prices to be good or better than most of the other similar furniture stores. They're more expensive than IKEA, sure, but you should not compare them with IKEA, Bob’s or Jordan’s. Some lines (Rossetto, Gamma International, Euroform, Presotto) are comparable with product lines from Roche Bobois, Montage and Ligne Roset, but without the “Downtown Boston” price tag.

Each delivery we've had from NEO was on time and the delivery guys were friendly and respectful. Sometimes they're even funny. Sales people are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I highly recommend NEO Interiors.

NEO Interiors. I recently went into Neo Interiors located in Framingham, MA looking for a modern sofa to furnish my apartment. I didnt have a sofa previous to this so I was hoping to receive it fairly soon. They told me that most of their models were available for delivery in 1-2 weeks but gave me a good discount on one of their floor models and had it delivered next day. I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Id highly recommend Neo Interiors.

The Best furniture company in the area. Don't miss a visit to NEO Interiors!

This is a wonderful store with a quality merchandise and professional staff who care and take time to address questions.

I have been a customer for many years and I am amazed at the honesty and sincerity of all those who own and are employed at NEO Interiors.

It's an excellent shopping experience.

There are plenty of deals to be found, all prices are fair! Great customer service and they deliver!

Neo Interiors experience. Had worst experience of customer service after buying a king size bed worth ~2K. The slatboard supplied with the bed is so low quality that the bed is completely un-usable for us.

We were refused for any help/assistance to fix this issue by Neo Interiors. Istead we were advised to fix it on our own by buying different slat/board.

Will never advise anybody to go to them for anything.

Poorest customer service I ever experienced.

One of the best place to shop for furniture in Boston area!. I recently ordered a modern Calligaris dinning room set. It was an Enterprise table with Chicago chairs. They matched the best price on the internet with no problem. The showroom is not too big but they have some good examples on their floor and have catalogs for thousands of items. They were helpful and the owner Gary was knowledgeable because he knew most of the products and prices of the top of his head. The set came on time and the delivery dudes were courteous and efficient. Overall, I will come there again and definitely recommend this place.

Good Furniture store. This place is great! I went there with just an idea of what i wanted and the guys there helped me decide and pick out some nice stuff for my crib. They got some sweet stuff and they got me the bottom dollar for everything that i wanted which was straight. Now I'm straight chillen all day kicking back on my Italian leather sofa stuntin on everybody. The dudes there had funny Russian accents. But anyway they got some interesting things and i got it for mad cheap so I'm happy.

Grate Quality of Sofa and Service. I thought you can't bet the Jordan's price, but surprisingly a Local Contemporary Store name NEO i found the same dining for even less price and delivery was just $100 even that i live on 3ed floor. Thank you NEO, good job.

Best price, fast delivery.. Product (Calligaris Dining Room Set) was well priced. Delivery was fast and very well communicated throughout the process with e-mail. Product was exactly as promised!!! Very pleased, would definitely do business with this company again.

An Unsolicited Review of NEO Interiors. I ordered two stools Dec.1, 2007 and received a confirmation email & order number. After 2 weeks I tried to contact them by email and phone for the shipping status. No response to either. It took 4 phone calls to get anyone to acknowledge my order. Then I find out they didn't charge my credit until Dec.17, 2007. So, they never even placed my order until I complained and then lied to me about the status of the order and the shipping. I can understand and certainly tolerate mix-ups, but not lying, and the uppity attitude I got when calling these people. Just because they sell interesting items doesn't give them a license for arrogance, lying and poor service. I'm an architect on the west coast and if this is an example of what it takes to have two stools arrive in a timely manner from this store, then shame, shame, shame. There will never be another NEO Interiors order from me. I'll stick to west coast sources from now on. And I'm certainly not bashful about sharing my experience with NEO Interiors to the Design Community and on the appropriate blogs.
