I decided to give Noon a try for 2012. I have been with Terminix and other competitors. Noon seems to really care about their customer and worked with me to customize a program to suit my needs. Needless to say, Noon has provided my home with a safe pest free environment for my pup and wife to be comfortable. I will be sticking with them for 2013 hoping for the same results and customer care.

High pressure sales staff with estimates off google earth sat, poor service, lots of promises with no follow through. Price is different depending on who you talk to or what additional services you get suckered into. Stay clear.

Deceitful, dishonest liars. I would not go any where nears these guys. The company is dishonest and is boardering on criminal. I enquired about lawn fertization, they then serviced my lawn without me asking for the service, even though I specifically stated I would call back once I had made a decision. When I called to complain, not once did they appologize for the confusion all they talked about was the money I owed for the service (which I did not order). I wish I had the time a resources to fight them, as I feel they are stealing money from me. Reading through the numerous reviews online, this appears to be their scam. STAY CLEAR.

Do not use this company. They call your home, record the conversation and then claim you ordered services. They deliver some minimal amount of material, plant a little white flag, then leave. It helps to have a video system. This system has proven valuable.

The remaining comments are input by staff. Approximately half the comments are negative, an extraordinarily high rate of complaints.

Noon provides excellent service. I signed on with Noon this summer and have had nothing but a good experience with them. My lawn looked like a war zone and now it is plush and green. We won't know about the grubs until next year. The only slip up came when I asked them to suspend the last treatment because I am unemployed, they came anyway. While I could have drawn a line in the sand and said I wouldn't pay, they've done such a good job, I accepted splitting the bill. Show me one company that can show a flawless service record. Hell, when I called Chem Lawn earlier in the summer, I got 3 separate quotes for the same property. I don't think they are in business to piss people off, and I think they make more money by servicing customers the right way and working to resolve problems. I will refer them to everybody in my development and let them see for themselves.

Quick Service. I just had a great experience with Noon Turf Care. This is my third season with them but I never really needed them more than I did two weeks ago! My daughter is having her baby shower today at our home. I was so busy working and travelling that I forgot to seed a lot of the bare areas around the property the past couple of weeks. Needless to say my wife was not very happy with me. I was in Kansas two weeks ago on business and I called Noon in between meetings to see if they could come over and seed for me and I told the salesman how desperate I was and how my marriage was on the line. The following day a Noon Seeding crew arrived and carefully seeded all of the brown and bare areas in the lawn. I took a walk outside today (two weeks later) and I have a lush newly germinated lawn. The cost was under 400 bucks. I called the office to compliment them and they urged me to share my story anywhere on line! Thanks Noon Turf Care!

Almost Perfect. I would have given Noon Turf Care 5 Stars but no company is perfect. They provided reasonable pricing and delivered on everthing they promised. My lawn is really green for this early in September and it literally has maybe 1 or 2 weeds in it. If there were no weeds they would have gotten 5 stars from me! It sure beats the last company I had that did not deliver on anything! Almost there but I understand weeds tend to pop up from time to time!

Can't be trusted.. I had the rare opportunity to be home for a scheduled lime application - What I witnessed was Noon's personel randomly tossing lime BY HAND around a 1/2 acre lot. When questioned he replied that his spreader had broken. I gave him an opportunity to make this situation right by suggesting he return when his equiptment was repaired but instead he rudely insisted that he could properly do this by hand...not possible !!..that was the last time Noon would be on my property! I would suggest that if you do business with this company, you'll need to be present for every application.

Noon Turf Care of Hudson, MA is HORRIBLE! Don't Use.. I would give Noon Turf Care ZERO stars if the site would let me! DO NOT use this lawn care company. Last spring I hired them to fertilize and grub proof. By late summer, I had grubs which they guaranteed against. I called and they assured me they would reseed and make right in the spring. I called in April and May and was assured they would take care of it the NEXT day. They never showed and will not return my calls or emails. I even tried contacting the almight "Fertilizer President," Matt Noon. Jerk won't respond. DO NOT USE this company.
