Noon Turf Care charges me for a unauthorized service. When I writing my complain here I found I am not first one to complain Noon Turf Care for bill a unauthorized service.



I first called Noon Turf Care after I received an advertisement in the mail. I asked whether someone can come to my house to make an estimate for installing a new lawn. Instead, someone from Noon Turf Card came to my house and did a spring booster without my permission. I stopped the work immediately, and called Noon Turf Care. I asked not to be charged because I had not requested the services and had stopped the work. The representative on the phone told me that I would not be charged. But Noon Turf Care still sent me a bill for the unauthorized service. When I called Noon Turf Care to report the situation, the manager was extremely rude and refused to listen to me, instead insisting that I pay for half of the billed amount. A week later the company let a collection agency send me a letter.

noon turf to the rescue!. Noon turf care is a class act lawncare services in mass. I had an emergency on memorial day and they scored major points with me. My boss called Friday night and said a big wig client from fidelity was coming to town for a Tuesday meeting and wanted wanted to join my annual BBQ. I called noon to spray for ticks Mosquitos and bugs they came over saturday just in time and sprayed fast acting fertilizer to green my lawn it looked like Fenway and we had no budge we were up until midnight with my client and closed the deal he didnt get 1 bug bite

Noon Turf care bills for unauthorized services. I had a verbal agreement with this company last year for applying lawn fertilizer and for grub control. Because of the poor quality their serice, I decided not to renew the contract. They claim that they had sent me letters about the work this year. I did not receive their letters. About three weeks back, I saw a sign on my lawn with their company's name on it. I called them about it and they said they applied fertilizer to the lawn. I told them that I never had a written or verbal agreement with them. Later I also received an email from them asking me to reconsider my decision. Now they have sent me a bill for $117.60. When I called them about the bill, first they said they will split the bill which I refused. Then they said they are sending their collections people for the bill payment.

Finally a lawn care company that services. After many years with a Large National company my service and lawn started to deteriorate over time. Noon has provided me with consistant service and follow-up calls to make sure I have been satisfied! They provided

me with quick diagnosis of my lawn diseases and course of action to resolve it .They were out in 1-2 days to treat my small amount of crabgrass and followed up with a call to make sure it was dying! That is service!

Pricing per app is competitive and they never pressured me on the extras. They also included 2 free Ph tests this year and 2 lawn updates to keep me updated on my lawn's progress. In the late Summer my Ph was 6.9 so they recommended that I save the money and not lime until they see what my Ph is next Spring. The Ph when they tested this spring was 6.6 so I added a Lime application. Keep up the great job !

Noon Turf Care. Noon Turf Care is the local lawn service in my neighborhood. They were referred to me by my next door neighbor. I decided to try a small private company after using a national service for years. Let me tell you the Noon Company is all about customer service. They were out to my lawn timely and tested my soil for free. I had the same personal lawn consultant every visit and Dave was so proactive I told my entire family and all my friends how great they were. Wow!. This is my first year using Noon for my lawn care and they were fantastic! They didn't try selling me on services that I didn't need, like the other larger companies out there. My lawn has never looked better.

I recommend them to everyone I know that owns a home.

BMW of Lawn Care. My name is Chip and I have used several lawn care providers. I am so excited that I found one that cares. Most providers try to sell you every thing up front. Noon Turf care tests my soil twice a year. I been using noon for two years and the first year I needed lime. My second season with them, my soil tested ok and no need for lime. All the providers I used in the past did not provide a winterizer. Noon does!!! Its the most important treatment for your lawn. Noon Turf Care is the best company out there.

Thank you. Noon Turf Care has been servicing our lawn for 4 years now. Within that time they have always been very responsive to our needs when issues arise. I found with our last company they were fine until our lawn had a problem and then they lacked the necessary customer service within the office and field to take care of the problem. Noon is always there willing and able to properly diagnose and fix the problem. Give them a try!

The Greenest Lawn!. Finally there is a professional lawn service that doesn't just fertilize blindly like those National Chains. From the salesman that scheduled the work to the technician that performed the fertilizing and weed control everyone was so nice and curteous. I even received a phone call mid summer from one of the owners checking in on the lawn. Most importantly, my lawn hasn't ever looked this good in years!

Misleading and deceptive billing practices - Avoid NOON TURF. I was billed for an unauthorized service. Contacted NOON several times to cancel service and they continued to come. I finally stopped the man in my front yard and asked him to leave. I contacted NOON several times to explain why I wouldn't pay for an unauthorized service. They refused to admit any wrongdoing and threatened to pass my small amount due over to a collection agency. Negative-response contracts, unauthorized treatments, and lack of respect for the customer are all qualities of a scam-like business. Avoid this business at all costs.
