It should be ok, unless you walk in there, buy, pay and leave.
I have been a long time client of the Paper Store in Framingham. Last week, I tried returning a package of "silly bands" that I purchased for my daughter, because they were too small. They did not fit her, because the silly bands were defective, too small for even the smallest wrists. The manager would not take them back, his name is Mark. I asked him if it was worth losing a client over $5.99 and he responded, actually they were $2.99, because they were on sale. I asked then, is it worth it to lose a client over $2.99? and he said "yes, we cannot take them back". He was rude, he left me talking to myself, and walked away with my receipt and defective sillly bands, that I had to stop him so he would give me back my things. He did not return my receipt, he kept it!!!
