Lack of Professionalism. The receptionist was rude on the phone when making my appointment. I was shocked at this lack of professionalism. Then the owner was was rude to me when I let him know that this happened. I knew her name was Bridget. I later found out it was the owners daughter. They both are in some denial about how they treat people. The Father is a big jerk and and a typical .... as%ho&e who thinks he all that. He is just an old man with a big inflated ego.
