worst sales department ever. They have a 2009 Black RL for sale now for 3 months.. they ask 29k i offer 28k... they refuse.. i wait a month they lower it to 28k.. i offer 27k and leave my phone number to call me ill buy it at 27k. They never call and then they lower the car to 27k and then tell me they have other buyers they wont sell it to me. Thanks to John in sales what a prick!! avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off or like being taken for a sucker

Satisfied Customer. I recently purchased my car from AutoMax and was satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism extended to me by Emilio. The process was simple and I was able to drive my car home within a reasonable amount of time. I am happy to say I have had no issues and am happy with the decision I made to purchase my vehicle from them. I would definitely go back and have recommended AutoMax to my family and friends.

Automax Was Great Experience. Buying a car is never fun with high pressure salesman pushing you around, but Automax on 1199 Worcester Road was a very good experience. Rob Shaw was the salesman and he worked hard to put me in the car I was looking for at the right price. Dan Johnson was the head financial guy who was also very professional and I recommend anyone looking for a car who wants a pleasant experience to go to Automax on Worcester Rd in Framingham.

Decent Dealership, Nice Cars. I had a good experience here. I never like buying cars, it frazzles my nerves and stresses me out worse than starbucks being out of cream and my flat iron breaking in the same morning, but Sal dealt well with my insanity and I love my car so much! Thanks Sal!

This is my second purchase at Automax!.
This is my second purchase at Automax.. and again I am more than satisfied with their dealership!
The Cadillac CTS I just bought from them is awesome and at a fantastice price!
They are hands down the best used car dealership I've ever dealt with. If you are in the market for a used car, they are absolutely worth checking out. I know I will be buying my next car from them. Thanks Again Rob!

Decent Deal Easily made. Traded in my old C300 for a newer lower mileage one with all the bills and whistles. Totally loving the car, and the experience went faster and easier than I could have hoped for. Thanks Eric! You earned a repeat customer for life!

Good Job. Run Dont walk for a great deal and a great car. Russell helped us out and we were very satisfied with the way he helped us. I can honestly say he took the stress out of purchasing a car. I would recommend Automax to anyone who is looking for a good preowned vehicle.
