Nicest used cars. I have been buying off lease used cars for along time and I can honestly say that my experience at Automax was the best I have ever had. I wasn't pressured in any way. The car I chose from their website was as nice in person as it was on line. I sat with the finance mgr, Dan, and he was able to get me a better rate then anywhere I checked. I also purchase an extended warranty which gave better coverage then any certified vehicle I had looked at. You would be a fool not to purchase from them, not only will you save money with their no haggle pricing but you'll enjoy buying a car as well.

Great car, Better price!. We did lots of research and every angle led to Automax. We weren't let down at all. Robbie was great, the no haggle pricing was great, none of the car dealership stress of wondering if you're getting taken or not. My wife wants to go back soon for her next car.

impressed with automax!. Recently bought an Infiniti G35 from Robby at Automax Preowned! I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase I told Robby what I was looking for and the price range and he got me into my new car pretty much the same day! After giving me a break down of the paper work that needed to be signed off on and exactly what it was I was sitting in my new G35! He was very outgoing and talkative too and made me feel comfortable about buying this car. Its running smoothly I love this car!

best used car dealership ever!!!!. we have purchased two cars from russell at automax preowned. what i love about automax is that they're a family ran company and thats how my wife and myself have been treated both times we bought a car from automax. the last car we purchased was a infiniti it looks like a new car. two days after we bought the car we found that it had a weak battery. we called russell at automax and he spoke to his service manager who told us to go to infiniti purchase a battery (it was prorated) bring the recipt back to automax and they would pay us for the battery. they cut us a check for the battery on the spot just like they said they would keep in mind this is a used car sold as is and automax was under no legal obligation to replace the battery but they did. big dealerships could learn a lesson from automax and treat people with honesty and respect and do what you say you will. thats how automax preowned operates. i would not hesitate to reccomend family or friends to automax preowned.

Terrific nice cars at a very good price - NO HAGGLING. We had a great experience at Automax. No pressure on buying the car - just a nice car at a great price. In fact, to say there was no pressure is an understatement - they seemed to know they have great cars and seem to not be concerned if you are or are not going to buy it. We were a bit surprised at the no haggling policy, because that is not really clear from their website. That said, the prices are good so it's not really a concern, and it's actually better for shopping. Paul was very nice and warm. The only issue that came up with our car was that we wanted to have our mechanic look at it, and they weren't excited about that; eventually, Paul took the car to the mechanic himself (because he didn't want me to drive it) and it did check out just fine. Also, we had to wait a few days for them to actually receive the title from the bank where they had paid off the loan, so that was annoying, but they handled it as well as they could have. We love the car, and we got it at a very good price. I also liked the "one stop shopping" where they put the plates on it and did the inspection/registration; we paid $120 for this and it was ok. One thing I wasn't happy about was a $500 "documentation fee" that no-one mentioned until after we told them we want the car.

Best place ever!. I heard from a friend at work that requardless of credit "challanges" they can get you an approval with a bank that reports to the credit bearus, which is what I was looking for to help rebuild my credit, not just a "buy here pay here" program.

My salesman Paul helped me understand how the financing worked, as far as monthly/weekly payments, down payments, and payoff options

great car dealership-great people!. This was a first car purchase for my 21 year old son. The purchase was quick and painless, with no typical "sales push" in regard to any aspect of the purchase. I appreciate that approach.....somewhat of a rarity in the Auto Sales Industry. I have always purchased new vehicles, but the next time I am in the market for another vehicle, they will be one of the Dealerships at the top of my list to visit.

Recent Purchase. We went browsing for a used car and were amazed at the quality of used cars at Auto Max. "Only nice cars" is not only a slogan, but a given at this dealership. It has a great selection of, I dare to say used cars. They are like new. We had started out not with the intention of purchasing a car but just "looking". My daughter and her husband purchased two vechicles from AutoMax last year so they suggested we go and check it out. Originally we had another vehicle in mind and decided that we didn't like it and while browsing the lot spied a mint Murano, white and loaded to the gills. We took it out with Paul (DiCarlo)and he was pleasant and easy going and the car drove great. So what started as just browsing turned into a pleasant purchase. The financing was soooo easy and Dan(Johnson)took care of that in no time, the rate was much better than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend AutoMax and the wonderful personnel to anyone interested in purchasing a truly "nice car".

WORST DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!. I was told the dealership was open till 4pm. I got there at 3:50 PM and they were closed, wasted my time. The next day, I went in and no one tried to help us. we had to look for someone. the salesperson didnt even look at us when he talked. he just sat there and gave his memorized speech that the company told him to say. we went to look at the car. at the same time someone else was looking at it. i made a joke with the other salesperson and he was RUDE and tried to be a WISE *SS! i told him i was joking and he looked at me like i had 8 heads. while the other person was looking at the car. i tried to talk to my salesperson and see if there the price negotiatable. Rudely he said no, priced to sale. I was done from there. I walked to my car to leave. My friend tried to talk to him but he again rudely, we dont negotiate. We just left. I have never ever heard a dealership dont negotiate, price to sell. I have never been to a dealship that was this RUDE. I though Boch was bad, I guess I was wrong. They probably thought I had no money and just pulling thier leg. I dont know how this dealership make any money. I talked to 3 people (2 over the phone and 1 in person)ALL were RUDE.

Just a quick note to let you guys know that we really appreciate your service and attention to detail. As you know we have just completed our 3rd transaction with the purchase of the 2008 535xi. Before I purchased this last car I researched buying a new car and could not justify buying a mediocre car for the same money as the 535xi. Since another client of yours (James Rousseau) introduced us, you have consistently provided us great cars at a fair price. Now when people talk about buying a new car I always send them to your web site and explain how you do business. You are the only guys I would ever buy a preowned car from.
