I have owned 14 cars in 16 years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had from the sales person Nate all the way to the owner Ray. I was never pressured! Brian made the financing very easy and not to leave out Vinny and his excitement and enthusiasm made this an all around ultimate car buying experience. Thanks.

great place to buy a car. i just purchased my second vehicle from midstate auto group. great place to buy a preowned vehicle. sales dept was great. friendly and a pleasure to work with.i will be a life long customer of midstate auto group. couldn't be happier. thanks midstate!!!!!!!!

Best Used Car DEalership in Worcester County. I just bought my first car from Midstate Auto and will be a life-long customer. I have already told my friends & family that the next time they are looking for a great used car, they need to head over to Midstate!!

I can not express to you how comfortable I was made from the moment I walked into the dealership, throughout the entire process and even after I drove off the lot - I received a call that night from the owner to see how I was enjoying my vehicle.

When I picked up my vehicle it looked amazing. They did such a great job detailing and cleaning it up for me that it literally looked like a brand-new vehicle. Even the interior had that "new car smell"!!

I was treated as a true customer. I felt like a friend or a neighbor - NOT A NUMBER! In today's crazy, hectic world, this buying experience was such a pleasant surprise!!

I know that I will be returning to Midstate in the future and I hope that my friends and family will give them a shot as well.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT. I placed a deposit on a beautiful sedan, I told the sales associated I would be back in a day with the money from my bank. I went back in 24 hours like I said, and I watched another person drive away in MY CAR. All the owner of Midstate Auto Group could say was, "what if you didn't buy it?" This place is out of control and apparently does not follow business ethics at all. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY'LL HOOK YOU THEN SELL YOUR CAR TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.
