Sorry, rudness is not acceptable. I love the quality of the merchandise and the lines they carry. That is the reason I gave them a second chance. I was in last winter and was trying to look a the Troll beads, one the salespeople unrolled a roll of wrapping paper over where I was looking and proceeded to wrap a gift for another customer even tho I was looking in the case. No worf of appology. Today I entered the store at 9:28, the door was open, and was told they were not open yet and to come back at 9:30. It was not done in a friendly manner,rather a confrontational one. I was planning to purchase a large amount of clothing for an upcoming cruise. I ended up going elsewhere. I am really sorry this has happened, it was one of my favorite stores.
