Founded in 2002 by Liberty Harper, Liberty Fitness offers women a workout facility where they can feel comfortable and supported while striving toward their fitness goals. Geared toward women at all fitness levels, the signature 30-minute workout is a big draw for busy moms and career women. On-site trainers and diet support groups help clients stay focused on their goals. Select locations also feature infrared sauna treatments and hydro-massage therapy along with yoga and Pilates classes.
