A large portion of our referrals are by word of mouth. We have worked very hard at letting our work speak for itself. We have maintained a large clientele for over 30 years and hope to do so for years to come.
It is very disappointing that Ashlee did not have a good experience with us. In the future, you should always communicate with the staff here at Shear Madness and your issues will quickly be resolved. We do not like anyone unhappy with a service they have received from us and would do what it takes to rectify the situation.
Client expectations are not always realistic. It is our responsibility as professionals to determine what is a safe and healthy way of getting to the clients goals. We will do what it takes to get there, while always maintaining the integrity of the hair.
We take our reputation very seriously and would never want to compromise that.

HORRIBLE!!!! way over priced!! do not go here!! i attempted to go from brown to blond like most women do when the seasons change from winter to spring. I left with RED hair.... and paid $135. not only did i pay an outrageous amount for terrible service and a terrible dye job but no one talked to me and when i tried to talk i got the cold shoulder. the lady that did my hair was in a rush and kept brushing over my ears even after i mentioned it. not only did she seem to be in a rush but she also told me she had to pick her kids up at a certain time and made me feel like i was keeping her from doing that. I'm sorry but if you are scheduled an appointment you need to learn how to work with it. i was also asked if i wanted her to blow dry my hair (uh duh!!) and once she blow dryed it she asked if i wanted her to style it (uh duh!!) but being so fed up and disappointed in my color i said no don't worry about it.... needless to say i hope this saves someones hair from the embarrassment that mine had to face. i have spent 2 different trips in another salon trying to fix what these people did....deff NOT littletons best kept secret!
GREAT STAFF. I was looking for a new stylist, and a friend suggested Susan at Shear Madness so I tried her and was so glad! Not only was it exactly what I wanted, but it has been growing out so well since I got it cut. And the entire staff was so enthusiastic and fun that I felt great when I left.
