Terrible, overpriced hotel. Small, dark room with a tiny window. Hard bed with too few pillows and stains on the sheets (blo*d??). Small, coarse towels and a shower curtain that's too small, so you end up with water all over your bathroom all day.

No elevator, probably an ADA legal action waiting to happen. Slow service, floor in the restaurant for some reason vibrates like it's readying for liftoff.

EXPENSIVE - all this for only $20 less than my room at the Bellagio last New Year's.

This hotel clearly preys on people who must come to Worcester for a wedding or other event, and cannot shop around for a decent room or acceptable value due to the remote location.

And btw, what's with the 11' tall inflatable elephant holding a can of paint out front?
