All-Star Party Rental is not honest about late fees!. Be careful when you sign a contract with this place. They didn't explain the "late fee" charges to me and I ended up paying $230.00 in late fees for an honest mistake of forgetting to drop off some items that were in my trunk.

Everything. This place has everything you need for all party occassions. Favors, balloons, prizes, you name it. They usually have things in stock that you would need for a party. Very useful place.
