i brought my car in there once to get a new windshield and they quoted me about $200 and then they called me back in after they took out my windshield and broke it and told me all these other problems that need to be fixed and they charged me over $900 when said and done. i then went to another shop and they told me that what they did to my car was standard application and still should have only cost $200. I then submitted a claim in with the BBB and we are waiting to hear back from them.

I want to report unehical practices. Do not pay him cash. Better yet do not use this shop. There are too many that work with the customer not try to take advantage.My brother was quoted $180 and after the windshield was out it was a big song and dance why it was over $1000. I remember this shop pulled the same thing with an insurance customer of mine. I was livid to hear my brother fell prey.
