LOVE LOVE LOVE Rayco, I misunderstood and went to Shrewsbury instead of Auburn and after they chatted, Josh in Auburn gave the go ahead for Shrewsbury to install my remote start for the Auburn quoted price. The guys in Shrewsbury were amazing and they were polite, funny and very helpful. I recommend either location to have any after market installs. I have already given my friends their names and numbers for both locations! I will use them again in the future. K

Glad I called this guy! Josh is a great manager, he answered all my questions and he knows how to install. Ignore negative reviews. I will be going back for sure.

Excellent experience. Had a remote start installed. I called around the area and Rayco has the best prices. They explained all of my options, were able to get me an appointment the very next day. The gentleman that I spoke with answered all my questions answered questions I had about the remote start I had installed a few years ago in my other car. They even replaced the battery in my remote door unlock that died. I am very impressed.

Josh ROCKS!. I don't know what this facility was like previously but I had a Viper installed in my vehicle in December of 2010. Josh had to deal with my mother for this and he was really nice and understanding in spite of her crazy nature of...........OMG, WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING and then asking him a million stupid questions? Since the installation, I have had the opportunity to speak with Josh on the phone and go in for an adjustment; Josh has always been very understanding and really fair. I would trust Josh with any kind of work that needs to be done on my vehicle.

Thank you for being so GREAT at what you are doing Josh and from what I read, this is a HUGE improvement.

New Manager Josh, like night and day!. . Major difference with the new manager Josh. It isn't even like the same place. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and is offering some pretty decent deals to get customers back. I spoke with the owner and he was floored at some of these comments on this site and had no idea. They moved the other manager out to the deli/fruit stand out front and he quit within a week I was told. Give them another try if you, like myself, had to deal with this last guy and were just appalled. I think you'll be very pleased.

Great Service from NEW Management!. I had difficulties with Jeff the old manager as well. I went in for some work and found that the new manager is a really nice guy. Give them another shot! I'm glad I did!

Lousy Service. I had a terrible experience with the manager Jeff. I received a gift certificate for a remote car starter. I then find out I need to leave a car key in the vehicle in order to make the system work. The price of the car key is over $200.00. I tried to get Jeff to remove the system and refund the amount of the gift certifiate and he refused.

I would warn anybody who may be thinking of doing any business with this Rayco to stay away.

I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint

Poor Service. Jeff the manager - absolutely terrible. Find somewhere else to go..even if its an hour away..its worth the drive.

poor service. Hi I just wanted to say what poor customer service you have. talk to me like I had two heads. I received no help for what I needed no one even looked to see if they could fix my problem actually they had no idea what I needed or what they were doing so I went over to SunandSound they were more than helpful fixed what needed to be done and have no problems since
