Slow service and poor food.. Horrible customer service, not so good food, and there was a hair in my food.

From the time we placed our order it was at least 45 minutes until our takeout food was ready. We have never had a Chinese restaurant take more than 20-25 minutes to make our food, and since they didn't tell us how long to expect we were waiting in the restaurant for a good 20-25 min. I can understand busy restaurants, but I don't think I have ever had any order out food take 45 minutes to prepare even in places that were packed.

We finally get our food home and only part of the order we paid for is there. My husband calls and specifically asks if the rest of the food is ready. He says the woman told him to come back and pick it up. So he drives all the way back only to be told they are out of the remaining items we ordered. He said the woman didn't really even acknowledge him, but thew a giftcard at him saying they were sorry they were out of the remaining items. No discussion. No asking if we wanted other items to replace the missing food. No refund. He said she turned her back on him and walked off after passing over the card over.

After being charged for food we didn't even get, having a hair in the food we did get, and finding the food dry and tasteless we will not be going back.

crab rangoon and duck sauce are the best!!!. i used to go to college in worcester and this was one of my fave things to go get for dinner. their crab rangoon are really yummy, and their duck sauce is like none i have ever had. Now that i live in CT, i can't find any chonese restaurants that make better crab rangoon or their duck sauce!

Yummy. The food is very good, I cant say that I have had better Chinese food, and I have been eating Chinese food for 40 years! I like the Chumlees Crispy Shrimp, and the Sizziling Mongolian Beef both dishes are unique and a treat! I Reccomend This place....The Mai Tais are also very good!

Fantastic Chinese Restaurant. Chumlee's is truly one of the finest Chinese Restaurants in Massachusetts. They have a very nice friendly wait staff that are dedicated to the customers satisfaction. Whether your having a drink or two at the bar or sitting in the dining area your sure to enjoy Chumlee's.

Rocks!!. We totally luv the food...they're pretty quick too and reasonably priced ofcourse..u gotta try their 'Spicy Chickn with Peanuts' and also the 'Chicken with Eggplant' Yummiieeee

Funky Taste. Unfortunatly for us, being that Chumlee's is so close to home, the food wasn't that great. Everything had a funky flavor.... I can't really say much more, because I couldn't eat more than a bite or two of each item we got since it tasted so weird.
