Won't return. I have been going here for 8 years for haircuts and color. The past several times I have been very disappointed with cut and color. The stylist Stephanie does not listen, and cuts the same cut each time. As for color I have had to go back and get it fixed, which I have never had to do. Thought it was a fluke so I just went again for color can still see root line... Not good for $130 bucks. The staff seems to become even more unprofessional when Alfredo the owner is not around, discussions are downright raunchy..

Best pedicure in the area!. I visited Profilos about a week or two ago for a pedicure and it was the best experience I have had anywhere yet! I walked in the salon feeling miserable I was having a horrible day but that all changed. The receptionist was very nice and even offered to make me a cappuccino which was delicious! My pedicurist was fabulous and gave a great massage! I would absolutely recommend this spa to my friends and family!

Always happy with my hair. I have seen Lisa multiple times for my hair and everytime I want something new done, it always comes out better than what I would expect. She is very creative and caring. I have reccomended her to many friends who have been satisfied as well.

Excellent eye brow shaping. I was in with Danielle for an eye brow wax last week and it was wonderful! She was very helpful when I asked her opinion about shaping them a little differently. They looked great! I would absolutely reccomend her to everyone I know!

Best spa in the area. I love visiting Profilos! The front desk girls are extremely helpful when I have to rearrange my appointments which is often. The spa is beautiful and I enjoy my facials there very much

Stay away from Rose!. Went in there last week for an eyebrow wax. I thought she was going to ripped all of my face off. I had tears coming down my cheeks from the pain.The next day I had red marks on my face that lasted one week. If you are going to make an appt there stay clear of Rose.

I enjoyed my visit. I visited Profilo Day Spa about a week ago and had a very enjoyable experience. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They were truly caring about what i wanted during my visit. My only complaint would be there availability with appointments, they seem to book up fast!

Great customer service. I always feel very welcomed at Profilos, The staff is wonderful. They do excellent facials I always leave feeling relaxed.

Profilo day spa. I went in the other day to get my hair done, the receptionist was aweful! Her name is Heather, she was not pleasant and kept giving me these dirty looks while I was waiting, The experience was not pleasant to say the least. I will never go back there!

My fave local spa. Heather did a great job with my brows. I felt gorgeous leaving.

Andrea always does a lovely job with my hair (and my new highlights). She is caring and kind and very solicitous of what you are looking for. I feel like charlies angels with my current haircut (updated, of course)
