Excellent service BUT beware of frnt desk guy!!!. If you like being pampered by friendly knowledgeable professionals then this is the place to go! Love the services they provide and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks!!! However, I totally agree with previous comment about the front desk guy... this very large menacing "man" seems so out of place there...always making inappropriate remarks and acting [beyond] unprofessional! not only have I observed rude behavior towards a customer in the past but the way he treats the staff is down right abusive... he literally screamed at the top of his lungs at one of the workers there while I was getting a treatment in one of the rooms - heard him through 3 walls!!! It was beyond ridiculous...It just baffles me how this is the person that's meant to represent such a nice place (first person you see when you walk in) and they picked such a disgusting individual.. he just wreaks of sleaze! If not for this guy I would give a 5star rating but honestly, I feel more compelled to warn people who are considering coming to this otherwise perfect getaway spa about this ridiculously out-of-place person... if you could get by the front desk without walking out in disgust, then I could almost guarantee a great experience BUT beware! lol

amazing service- horrible front des man. where did you find this horrible man who is seated at the front desk, he is rude, he asks inasppropriate questions reeks of cigaretts and simply stinks litrerslly and figuratively speaking. I would love to come back again and again, but only when you will remove him fromthe front desk completely, he is insulting and ruins the good impression that i got from the services,

please do something about it,

Best Hair Cut and customer service!. From the moment I walked into Bellisimo I was treated like royalty. Carla was my hair dresser, she really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I was not rushed, she took her time and pampered me. I honestly feel this is the best hair cut I have ever gotten.

I highly recommend Bellisimo! Great customer service!

Horrible service & a bad hair cut!. The atmosphere here is nice, but it ends there. I got one of the worst hair cuts of my life here earlier this year. Not only did I recieve a horrid hair cut, but I made a comment about my hair being a bit wavy in the back and the stylist told me in a very discriminatory way that I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm white. I also wasn't very pleased when the stylist couldn't stop talking about how fat she was for a majority of my time there. This not only offended me, but the other overweight woman sitting next to me. I will never go back!

Great spa and overall service. I truly don't understand what the other person that wrote the bad review is talking about. I had a day of beauty this past weekend at Bellisimo and was treated like a queen. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was courteously shown to the locker room to change and then was seated in the waiting room and offered a choice of beverage. My massage therapist then came to get me and I then proceeded to have one of the best hot stone massages of my life. My next treatment was a facial, followed by a manicure and pedicure. The entire staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The atmosphere at the spa is very relaxing and soothing. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone that I know.

AVOID BELLISIMO!!! CHOOSE ANOTHER SPA or SALON!!!!!. AVOID BELLISIMO!!! The treatment here is horrific. I arrived a bit late for an appointment due to traffic. I even called ahead to let them know. Then i was told my credit card had already been charged, I was treated extremely rudely at the front desk by a very smug man, and I was told that I was "absolutely wrong" in expecting a bit of understanding. Furthermore, I was not allowed to keep all the services i had already been charged for. I lost nearly $75 of my hard-earned money for absolutely nothing. If this is how a business treats its customers, I highly, HIGHLY suggest finding another place to go. Never, Ever, will i return to Bellisimo. For a day of relaxation, I left much more stressed and upset than when I arrived.
