CUSTOMER SERVICE A ZERO. My husband bought me a gps from them for Christmas. When I researched the item on the internet I learned they charged him twice as much for it as it was worth. It was also an outdated model. When I went there to return it the owner tells me they take no returns. The sign in the store says no returns on electrical parts, I assumed that meant parts they installed in your car. This item had never been plugged in and was in the same packaging as when it was bought. He said there is a phone number in the box if there is something wrong with it. I told him there was nothing wrong, we never even tried it. I told him I was returning it because it was a rip off. He said too bad my husband should have realized that before he bought it. He was extremely rude and arrogant. After he told me that he just started taking phone calls and ignoring me until I left. I would thing long and hard before you buy anything from them, do your research first. Walmart customer service has it over this guy hands down.

Awful service, poor attitude, shoddy work.. NEVER go to Sun n' Sound! I like to support local business, but that guy's just a jerk. I told him I had a dentist appointment at 2:15 and needed my car to be done by 2:00. He said it would be done. I show up at 5 past 2, and the guy says it'll be "at least another hour." So I call him an hour later, at 3:30 and he says "about ten minutes." So I go down there, and it still isn't done! So I say to him, you said 2:00 and it's an hour and a half late. He says, "we can either have a good attitude about this or a bad one," and "things don't always go the way you want." No kidding! He makes the remark, "If it was easy, everyone would be doing it." So I said yeah, it's pretty hard to call someone and tell them you're going to be late. So he says I could have called him!!! There was an other couple in the store who were told to come in at 1, and they were till there when I left at 4:30, 2 and a half hours late. Not only that, but as I'm driving home I notice that there's a big gap between the dash and the A pillar, and there are screws in my cupholders his people forgot to put back! Poor attitude, poor service, and less-than-great work quality.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! I received a gift certificate for a car starter and was told to call and schedule an installation. I called four different times, leaving four messages and never once got so much as a return call back. I went directly to Sun and Sound (where I waited for fifteen minutes before being helped). When I explained I wanted a refund since their gift certificate was useless to me if it could not be redeemed, the individual was rude, unprofessional and demeaning. He was not the least bit apologetic (which would have resolved the issue right then) but instead chuckled and said "sorry about your personal problems hon".

I have filed complaints with the B B B and the Attorney Generals Office. The B B B has had fourteen complaints in less than three years (a lot for a small local company) and the Attorney General's Office has had numerous complaints/suits as well, some legal issues and some related to very poor customer service.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

Best service anywhere. I have bought stereo radio's from Sun&Sound for as long as I can remember had them installed, removed

and installed again all done to my complete satisfaction. This guy knows what he is doing and he does

it right. He knows his product and so do the people that work for him.

So with this in mind he gets a 5 star rating from me.

Great place, their work is second to none and they are very professional. I had a remote start, keyless entry, and alarm done on my 2000 Jetta. They were the only place that seemed confortable to do it. Everyone else said it couldn't be done because it was a 5-speed but Sun N Sound put a compustar 2-way in and the thing works great. I went back and had them do everything else to my car, chip intake exhaust body kit sound system neon, the place is great!!!
