VERY PROFESSIONAL. Very professional and customer oriented!! provided all the help and the best possible price. Couldnt get a better deal for my drive to Detroit. Only down side was car smelled a bit of cigarette. Enterprise cleaned it as best as they could, but the smell remained. But it was not that much so that I would not take the car!
