Fast food...what!

I thought McDonald's was fast food. We spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and when we finally did get our food, they told us they were out of ketchup! Out of ketchup - this is McDonald's for crying out loud. Our burgers then turned out to be under cooked. Not the place your burger should be medium rare.
