Great experience. I'm not sure where these other reviewers went. I can tell you the sales people were super nice. She was excited for me and my upcoming wedding. I told her what I was looking for, and although she didn't have the gown I wanted, they offered to order it for me.

I tried on about 6 other dresses. I found my dress on the 4th try. I LIKE THAT I CAN LOOK WITHOUT THEM BREATHING DOWN MY NECK! They were actually trying to get me to buy a less expensive dress because it looked better. News flash: they work on commission!

My bridesmaids will be going there for their dress. Can't say enough good things about them. Seriously, give it a try!

RUDE indeed. I had an appt. but so did 2 other women at the same time. the sales person was running back and forth between us. I did find a dress, with NO help from the staff. They do have a good selection, but I suggest going elsewhere for alterations. First the bridesmaid dresses were busseled WRONG. below the BUTT is not where a bussel goes. Then my hat was wrong, and when I mentioned both of those things they practically yelled at me. And continued to argue over it. As far as I was concerned I was the bride and if I wanted something changed or fixed I shouldn't be repremanded for it. My Wedding gown had to be brought back 3 times before they got it right!!!

Rude!!. I wanted to go bridesmaid dress shopping on President's Day and found Pronuptia Bridal to be one of the only places open on a Monday, so I made an appointment for 12:30. One of the salespeople checked me in (with 4 of my bridesmaids) and pointed to the racks of dresses. No one really helped us after that. We found 2 dresses that we liked and as a different salesperson was writing the styles down on a card, she said in a very snotty tone, "next time when you guys come in, you should really make an appointment, becuase as you can see, we are very busy here and we just can't accomodate people who don't make appointments." Very annoyed, I informed her we did make an appointment for today. She checked the book and apologized, but at this point, I was so turned off by this place we decided to get dresses elsewhere. Maybe other people have had better luck, but if you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place.
