incredible subs just not much service. I will go to Regatta again and again, the subs are absolutely incredible. The staff aren't very friendly but I just think of it like "The Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld.
needbettercustomerservice. The Sandwiches are great. However- the customer service - IS THE WORST. I called to place an order and didn't even understand the person on the other end. She acted like she had better things to do then to take my order. The owner is very rude. She should realize that it is customers that make her business. My only tip for them - BE NICER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Customer isn't always right at this place!. Although the food is good, the customer appreciation is clearly lacking. I will not return to this establishment after my last experience. A friend of mine placed a take-out order and was treated very abruptly over the phone. When we went to pick up the order, she tried to convey her disappointment in the rushed manner in which she was treated during her call. She was told point blank by the person behind the counter not to tell her how to do her job. Any business person should realize that a complaining customer is offering a chance to correct a negative impression. This was obviously overlooked here. I'd take a half-decent sandwich served with decency over a "Regatta" served with this kind of attitude any day.
Regatta Deli takes a back seat.
After hearing about how "great" the Regatta's sandwiches are, I had to try it on my own. While the place is busy sometimes its obvious that the owners and counter help have absolutely no concern for their customers.
Walking in the front door I was immediately treated quite rudely
by the women at the counter. When paying, she was only concerned about keeping the change. She really didn't listen when I placed my order and when I got back to my office to eat my sandwich, it was wrong.
ATTENTION LADIES, We are the customers ! You need to treat all of your customers well. And BTW, TIPS are earned, not a given.
What they fail to understand is that there are many places to eat in the area and there are much better places for a sandwich; Elsa's, Derico's , Maury's, heck even Panera Bread can get the order correct.
If you want an average sandwich with plenty of attitude, try it yourself.
Next time, I'll pass.
geat sandwiches. I and my daughter have gone there a few times. This place by far is the best. Parking maybe tough but it is worth it. I live 3 and a half miles from there but, i still love the place. Subs are huge and bread is fresh. Go there you will kick yourself for not finding it sooner..........
best sandwhiches in town. I've tried many but Regatta is the standard I judge others by and none have passed it. The menu is very full of other selections as well
