You can do better.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a dentist, keep looking.
I have been a patient here for several years and I will be leaving them. The practice is ok for what you need (good hygenists, good dentists) but the way the office is run is terrible. Over the years I have seen it gone downhill. It is all about profit. They have cut their hours, especially on Saturdays and after work to save money. I went to an appointment on Saturday and it was a joke. I was there for hours in the chair. The poor dentist was so overbooked he was running around like a madman. He was still good, gave me good service but it was clear they booked him WAY too many people to reasonably see.
Many dentists and hygenists leave this practice because of internal issues. Basically the dentists don't last there a year before they leave. I have picked up on grumbling from employees. The girls that work at the front desk are jerks. I dont know why it's hard to find a pleasant receptionist but they are down right jerks. Plus they charge you money to forward records to your new dentist...hello disgruntled.
Plus the service is getting worse than before. It is a shame. A few years ago this practice was much much better. I wouldn't bother visiting them now.…
