Could"nt Be Happier!. Great Dealership!A friend of mine i work with has bought several vehicles @ REM Automobiles and i have heard him talk highly of them.I recently got rear ended @ a red light and my vehicle was a total loss.So i had plenty of time to shop and enjoyed my 2011 rental car free of charge.Shop i did ,first online and then in person.I found there prices online and going in person either below other dealers or close to the same.But a huge difference was they have all the right colors and features and there cars are imaculate.I thought this was to good to be true and checked them out with the BBB and they have an A+ rating with the BBB.But after going to many New car dealerships and other used car dealers i realized what my co worker had seen.Can"t put it all into words but it was easy they deal with great credit unions and they gave me a car to use when i brought it back under warranty for a couple small problems.I did not feel like i was buying a car and there is no pressure.Thanks REM

Worst Dealership in Worcester. Don't waste your time or money. The cars look good, but you will land up with a lemon. Purchased a vehicle, that has bad transmission and electric issue. Dealer refuses to fix. Had six chances to diagnois and fix. Keep saying there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Second opinion says needs transmission.
