Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Ordered a pie and 24 wings, when it arrived i had received only 14 wings. I called the place up and they were down right rude. Instead of just sending me my proper order they demanded that I not eat any of the food while I wait for them to remake the order. When I told them I didn't want to wait and wanted my money back., they refused to give me cash back and the manager hung up on me. I finally had to go down there and demand a refund and after about ten minutes arguing with them I finally got my money back and banned from the store. These people are terrible and do not deserve your money.

If you want good pizza in worcester may I suggest Caio Bella or the Boynton instead.

Owner is mean and unprofessional. I too had an interaction with the owner Steve... My pizza arrived at my house an hour and a half after I called with all of the cheese and toppings all smooshed over to on one side and the other completely plain dough. I called and spoke to Steve the owner and he told me to not take a bite of it and he would send a delivery driver back to my home and when he inspected it he would make me an other pizza. I told him that i did not want him to do that I just wanted my money back to which he replied "that's not the way he does business" and that "he has been in f-ing business for 30 years" He swore at me sevral more times and told me I would have to take him to court. They are pricey and managed completely unprofessionally. I never got my money back!

Terrible Customer Service. The owner of this place, Steve is an complete a-hole. There is no customer service what-so-ever in this restaurant. If they mess up, do not expect anything back from them. They will harass YOU over the phone. You will hear this from anyone who has had mistakes there. Definitely not worth spending your money at this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!. I work at a well known Worcester salon, and we often order food from pizza places around our area. NEVER AGAIN will we order from Blue Jeans pizza. They have consistently sent us the wrong orders, and recently having neglected to make the right sandwiches, the rude manager on duty STEVE informed me that not only informed me that the sandwiches were in fact made right- even though STEVE did not make them- he continued with condescendingly making remarks that it was insane that he should have to send the correct sandwiches- minda you we gave Blue Jeans $30.00 that day. Hopefully the owners of Blue Jeans pizza fire that ridiculous dreg STEVE who has no customer service whatsoever before they lose more customers!

yum. really good pizza, crust sauce cheese all done very well. as it gets later at night the service can become very rude to the point of not even acknowledging the fact you are standing at the counter. but the pizza is still great
