St. Cyr Salon & Spa

Very accomadating and professional. I have been to St Cyr for salon and spa services on many occasions. I found the receptionists at the front desk to be very welcoming and friendly...especially Alli and Gloria. I have seen a few sylists including Ashely, Julia, and LisaMarie. These girls have a lot of talent and to my knowledge have extensive training. I was very happy with my color and style with all three of these ladies! I have also been to the spa part of the salon for services. I recommend Liz and Vanessa if you plan on getting a facial or massage. Overall great experiences!…

Horrible and complete idiots!. I have no idea why this place was actually given some good reviews and 5 stars? Trust the bad reviews and please ignore Tinaday32475. This place is horrible! The receptionists are complete idiots and very rude. Especially Gloria. They talk down to customers and just sit behind the desk and giggle like little immature high school students! Went there 3 times and saw three different hair stylists that had varying levels of experience. Not one hair sylist accomplished the color I wanted. Each time I left there my hair became very brassy within 2-3 weeks (and this was after paying a ton for a toner each time)! I had enough and stopped going. I guess I tried to give this place a shot and made the mistake of listening to the idiot receptionists trying to tell me they would make it right. Well.... they didn't. They lie on their website and show that stylists have so many years of experience. For example, they claim that a 30 year old hair stylist has 15 years experience! What did the idiot go to school at 15?The place is also a la carte. When you walk out of there, you end up dropping well over 200.00. They don't tell you what the cost is going to be until after the fact and they can't keep their staff. Every time I walk in they have a new, teeny little street walker looking girls who are dressed very provocatively. If you want some moron girl who is not experienced, younger than you or the same age, and can't comprehend a customers directions, then by all means go to this horrible place. This place consistently makes mistakes and does not listen to their customers! The management is obviously very poor, does not care about customer service ratings, and just cares about sitting back and raking in the money! Believe me......this place is a huge rip off!!!!!…

Mixed feelings. I went to this salon to get a bikini wax. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. She was not in the least bit pleasant and was VERY condescending. However, Liz the esthetician was amazing. She was super friendly and professional. She made my experience very comfortable.

St. Cyr was supposed to be having a $10 discount on waxing for first time customers during the time of my visit. But I was still charged full price.

Overall, I do not think I will be returning to this salon. It's a shame that a place with such lovely facilities and great staff also employees such disagreeable individuals.…

Someone made a mistake. I thought you were supposed to keep good help, not shove them out the door! What type of business hires people to bring their business up just to fire them when they've done their job? This place is like the revolving door!!!! John is gone and I heard because he was too good? I had to search high and low but found him at anotherV place. Sorry St Cyr, it isn't the place- it is the talented people who make the place!…
