Worst experience ever!! Ordered seafood wor bar & there were 3 tiny shrimp, a few pieces of scallop & all imitation crabmeat. Stated I was not happy & they said they couldn't do anything. Not happy!

Basic Chinese- Good Food. Hoy Toy is your basic Chinese restaurant, The crab Rangoon's are delicious. They can spice up any plate with a hot sauce that is fantastic. Drinks are very good and service is on the ball = Prices are fair- Pu=Pu for two is about $13.00.…
