Worst/ Horrible Funeral Service. My father passed away tragically one year ago. The woman who we dealt wit, B.Kaz. was unprofessional, rude, and antagonistic. I live out of state and could not sign the contract with Henry-Dirsa Funeral home. My brother, who I am not super close with, signed the contract with the home. As a result, B completely ignored my wishes, did not treat me as a child of the deceased who's input should be sought, did not involve me in the funeral/memorial organization and process. Moreover, because I did not sign the contract with the funeral home, she would not release the Certificate of Death to me. I have never been treated worse be a professional services provider. I would suggest that if you have even a slightly estranged relationship with your sibling and your parent passes (and there is no other parent to spearhead the funeral process) that you stay away from this funeral home. This funeral home caters to the almighty dollar and whoever foots the bill. I have never heard of anyone having a worse experience at such an emotional and vulnerable time.
