Great Service and Atttention to Detail

We recently used Le Limo limousine service to and from Logan Airport. Service was great! The drivers were great too! Everything went like clockwork! What we really liked is that we did not have to weary about anything because of their attention to detail. Thank you Jen!

Refund Policy

Deposits taken for larger vehicles are "Non-Refundable". This policy is listed on the company website. It is also stated to each client PRIOR to placing a reservation and again on the confirmation email you recieve after placing your reservation. Even though deposits are "Non-Refundable" they are "transferable" to another reservation within 1 year of the cancellation.

A limo was booked with Le Limo, in Medway MA. This limo was booked for less than 48 hours for an event that was over 7 weeks away. The deposit was $200.00 and the establishment would not refund the money due to the cancellation. Please take note that this establishment is non negotiable, knowing that they would be able to rerent the limo due to busy prom season.

I was a pain the the you-know-what when it came to deciding what vehicle I should get for my friend's bachelorette party. The staff, especially Ken and Jennifer, answered all of my questions promptly and with a smile. I booked the Land Yacht and boy was this the BEAUTIFUL! All the girls LOVED the bus and some want to book it on their own some day. We danced and partied all the way into Boston..and this was the perfect bus for our night. Our driver Sam was professional, friendly, and helpful. This is the only limo company I will book from in the future. Thanks Le Limo for everything!!

Le Limo did an outsanding job for my friend and I. We had a fantastic time traveling around Boston, and this could not have happened without Le Limo! Their vehicles are also the nicest in the area. I never have a problem recommending them to my friends because they are so reliable. Since I have used Le Limo, no other limosine service I have used compares! They go above and beyond! Also, when I first made the reservation, the office staff was pleasant and polite. I had to call back a couple of times to make changes, but the office staff did not mind one bit, and changed my reservation while I was on the phone. Then they sent a confirmation via email imediately following our conversation. They were so professional. I would not recomend any other limo service! They are the best of the best!
