HORRIBLE SERVICE !!

I WAS TO BE PICKED UP FROM THE MALL. IN MY HEELS I WAS TOLD TO WALK AROUND THE MALL TO GET SERVICE . FROM THERE I WAS MADE TO WAIT A HALF AN HOUR FOR SERVICE. THE CAB DRIVER WAS DRIVING FAST, USED INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AND SPOKE ABOUT THINGS THAT MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE! NEVER AGAIN!

I have lived in the area for 6 months and my only mode of transportation has been the bus and the taxi. Tommy's has a monopoly on Framingham so they are the only taxi option. I've spent over $1000 on their service for the past 6 months and put up with rude dispatchers and drivers that don't know the area well enough and take the long route home but this AM was the last straw. I asked for a cab at a certain time and was told 'that's not how it works - we tell you when we can pick you up'. That's funny, I always thought the customer told the taxi when they needed a ride; now I'm being told it's the other way around.
- Pros: Only taxi in Framingham
- Cons: Rude dispatchers and untrained drivers

BIG ROBBERS

Don't ever use their services. They are the worst and try to make a lot of money from you. They do their best to pool people and then charge people separately. Just there for money. Always late and the lady on the phone is extremely rude. Just keeps on yapping away and never listens to others. There are better cab services in Natick.
