FSC DISCOUNT. im an alumni of Framingham State College and my daughter goes there currently so we always need a place to stay in the area for alumni or student events. For the first time ever we stayed here and we loved it. We could walk to FSC, shopping and food. Not to mention we got one of those apartment efficiency rooms for the weekend so that my husband and i could have a seperate room in the suite and my daughter could have her privacy too. It was great. We spent more on gas than we did on the rooms.

YOU SHOULD ALSO KEEP IN MIND THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS TO FSC ALUM/STAFF/STUDENTS!

We paid approximately $60 a night for two bedrooms and a kitchen, thats cheaper than anyother place in the area, we know we've stayed at them all!

Great quality for affordable price. Visiting some friends in Framingham I decided to stay at the Monticello because of it's convenient location and extremely affordable prices. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such high end service and care during my weekend long stay. The managment was helpful and friendly in answering any questions I had and provided a hassle free and easy environment. The room was quite spacious and kept very clean. For the level of service and atmosphere the Monticello was a huge bargain. If ever in the area again I certainly would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great corporate account. It came to my company's attention that the Monticello Motel was renovated and under new ownership through some promotional information. We decided to try it out and it was exactly what they had promised. Cheap but Quality. We had a block of 5 rooms reserved for our construction crew and boy did they save us money. Instead of paying the nightly rates at all the other hotels in the area we paid a flat corporate rate for the months that the guys were staying there. Our CFO broke my door down to tell me that we saved a whopping 40% on accomodations by using the Monticello as opposed to the over priced chain hotels. Like "liveinlove555" mentioned the director of marketing gave us a discount for future stays and checked in on our guys regularly, they felt like celebrities. I guess many local businesses stay here to alleviate unnecessary costs, our guys ran into Wal Mart and Adesa workers while staying there.

From our CFO to yours- give yourself a break, for finance's sake.

Best beds anywhere! Unbelievable Prices. Great Business Lodging. I was looking for a place to stay while training with my company and stumbled upon this place. Everything there seemed brand new and the beds were great (better than the overpriced Crowne Plaza down the street...). While i was there for the week the director of marketing checked in on me everyday to make sure all my needs were met which was refreshing. She gave me a discount for future stays and extended stays because i travel to western mass several times throughout the year. If you can, get in touch with her shes very helpful. They also made special accomodations for me because i needed transportation to and from Logan. Oh did i mention i paid less than $100 for a full efficiency room? ( 2 beds and a kitchen) Unbelievable. Def recommended
