I have not had a haircut for some time now. Today I decided to go to the Phillip DePalma salon in Framingham. I have heard such wonderful things about the stylists. Unfortunately today was an awful experience. The hair stylist did not listen clearly to what I wanted done. She wanted it shorter, but I told her not that short and I physically showed her to where I wanted it. She decided to do what she wanted and chopped my hair even shorter then what we discussed. I could not of stopped her, because she did the back bottom of my hair first. I did not notice the amount of hair that was taken off until she did the mid line of my hair. At that point it was too late. Looking back now, there is one thing she could of done to prevent this. If she showed me right before her first cut how far she was going. It would of stopped there.I will NEVER walk in there again. If she had just done what I asked I would of been a repeated customer and this would of been good review. I know I can not get my hair back, but I will find all their site to tell my story.

Erin is the best colorist they have!. I happened upon erin by accident some time last year and every four weeks like clockwork I put myself in her chair again. She's the kind of stylist that just knows what looks best on someone and there isn't a day that goes by where someone doesn't comment on how amazing my hair looks! Overall my expirence at this salon gas been awesome everyone is really polite and funny. You should certainly try this place and erin out!

John Patrick is the BEST. Went in for a cut, came out with a new outlook on life! John Patrick gave me the best hairstyle I've ever had. He really has an eye for what looks best. Thanks John! You have a customer for life!
