Are you kidding me???

I moved from Hudson to the Worcester area nearly 10 years ago...and I still make the drive out to the Eye Care Center of Hudson. I have tried several other centers, but none even come close to the quality of care and service I get at the Eye Care Center. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and professional optical center.

Great EyePlace

This place is amazing! All the people were so nice and the service was quick. No waiting for the doctor and they treated me as if I was a very important costumer. The glasses I got were great and the perscription seemed right on! The receptionists were extremely cute and the two guys that helped me with the glasses were very friendly. Also I broke my glasses and they fixed them that day! These poeple are great and really go the extra mile for their customers! I highly recommened this place.

Poor quality of care, inconsistent diagnosis

Inconsistent diagnosis given by different doctors as to the type of contact lenses I needed. I made repeat visits to get the correct prescription on the eye glasses I purchased. They did not give a complete eye exam as they did not dialate the eyes. Technical staff very helpful in the fitting of eye glasses and in helping you choose the right style glasses. O.k. constomer service at the desk, polite and helpful but not friendly.
