Salon Nina Raffaella

Fantastic!. I visited this salon for the first time yesterday and haven't stopped smiling since. Based on other stunning reviews I decided to drive the 1 1/2 hours from my hometown for a haircut and color. I was absolutely thrilled with the experience, color and cut. The salon is chic, lovely and upscale--and not at all pretentious. Nina and Kevin are a wonderful team and I felt very welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. Nina asked me detailed questions about the style and color I was looking for and listened attentively as I answered. She thoroughly explained different options and offered suggestions. I have curly hair and have had bad experiences with other salons, but not here! I asked her to color, cut and style it the way she thought was best and I was thrilled with the results. She cut 10" off my hair and gave me lovely balayage highlights; she explained each step and consistently checked in with me to see if I liked the effects on my hair. I couldn't help admiring my new style in my rear view mirror all the way home! I feel fantastic and have already received many, many compliments. I can't wait to go back! Don't waste any time in scheduling an appointment. Your experience will be wonderful and your only regret will be that you didn't discover this salon sooner!…

The best in Massachusetts. Move over Newbury Street salons. Having not cut my hair for over three years, I was in dire need of a new look. I cried with joy after my makeover with Nina. In addition to the incredible cut and color, the experience at Nina Raffaella made me feel like I was “at home.”

They offer TOP of the line service (Newbury Street/Manhattan) without the pretentiousness. The entire staff is wonderful; the atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly elegant.

This is best the hair cut I have ever had. Bear in mind I lived in Manhattan for six years and have been TRYING in VAIN to find a stylist on Newbury Street for the past 7 years.

a totally valuable experience!. Nina Raffaella is a consummate visual artist with hair. She is sincere, modest and very considerate. She takes her time to give you the best color and haircut that she can. I've been to salons in NYC, Newbury Street and Cambridge. I've been to at least a dozen places in Worcester too. I wanted a premium haircut and color and that's what I received. It is well worth the cost--in fact, there is great value because the salon is very restful, beautifully decorated in a minimal aesthetic, very clean and the support staff are cordial and good at their jobs. Nina takes her time, is gifted at what she does. And she's also a really nice person. I'm going to return for sure because this kind of haircut makes me feel attractive and well-cared for. Simply wonderful. I have been a customer for almost a year and I was thrilled with the service and cut at my first visit. Over time, Nina suggested variations in color that were lovely and, most recently, a change in style.

Since I have had my hair cut and colored there, I have received so many compliments. The change Nina suggested this last time is nothing short of amazing. I feel as though I have had a complete make over with just one haircut. Every day since that cut, someone has remarked on how pretty my hair is, or how it suits me so well.

I have gone to Boston and New York, hoping for this kind of experience and found it here in Worcester! Nina is charming and a genius with color and cut. The salon is a mini vacation to an elegant spa. I couldn't be happier.…
