I don't really post reviews but I must say that Herb Connolly's service is Fabulous....truck was fixed promptly. Mechanic stayed late on New Year's Eve to complete the job. Outstanding.

Thank you Sophia for the patience to work with me and my husband , we went to the store Herb Connolly Chevrolet in Framingham a month ago and I Couldnt buy a car because of my finance situation , but Sophia did not give up on me and tried everything that she could to help me and my family get into a new car . We just got our new car because of the professionalism of Sophia and her managers and we are really satisfied with the vehicle , we will definitely be Herb Connolly customers for life for the great job that they did especially for Sophia's great customer service

This was the easiest and least stressful experience I've ever had with a dealer. John Goslow was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my questions on the Cruze I purchased. He even followed up the next day to make sure I (and my fiance) were happy with the car after taking it home for the first time. It was a low pressure experience and I would recommend Herb Connolly to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I just want to thank you for the effort for getting us finance for our truck loan. Rod and Barry were awesome a complete professional(no pressure sell pitch) totally upfront with us and I couldn’t be happier. The sales consultant was a great help. I went to Herb Connelly with the intention of just test driving the car, but he was able to answer all of my questions and propose an option that made the decision to buy an easy one.
