Flavio contacted me regarding several items that needed to be addressed. One of the suggestions was injector cleaning for $130. Which I accepted but then had second thoughts on. By the time I called back the service had been completed and I was not feeling great bout my choice. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was cashing out with Jay who listened to me and invited Flavio over to hear what I had to say. I must say that I am extremely impressed. Flavio immediately offered to move the service cost from my bill, which I told him I was uncomfortable with. He further showed me that the service was part of the "menu options" offered by the dealership. Those two actions restored my confidence in my decision and Herb Connolly Chevrolet's integrity. The auto business is full of charlatans so I am always a skeptic. Your firm came recommended by people I trust but that only goes so far. I'd like to thank Greg Brown from Service because last week he took the time to solve the problem with the brakes on my 2005 Saturn Ion 3. Where some repair services would have stopped at telling me what a brake job would cost, he discovered that it was caused by the tire department at Sears a few months earlier and called their service manager for me. When I brought the car to Sears, they fixed the rotors at no charge, no hassle. I've been driving it for a few days now and it seems to be fine. His effort pretty much proves that your service department truly cares about its customers. While he didn't perform that repair last week, you can be assured that I'll be back for the next one -- hopefully not too soon! I've told several friends about this, and they're impressed, too.
