The above comment was from a disgruntled client who cancelled so many times we asked him to pre-pay for his appt. He did pre-pay and then cancelled an hour before his appt so per our cancellation policy we charged him. We have very glowing reviews and wonderful therapists here.. We only specialize in Massage Therapy and have been in business for almost 4 years and continue to grow. Please check out our other wonderful reviews on other sites. Thank you.

This was a disgruntled customer who was a no show (not the first time) and was charged a full appointment fee. I'd like this post removed as he agreed to the no show policy and had nothing to do with the service provided as he stated.
