Rated 'F' by Better Business Bureau! Horrible customer serv!. Beware! I placed an order online in October and never received a confirmation e-mail. I immediately sought to cancel the order by phone but their customer service line was continuously busy. Since I didn't get an email order confirmation I thought (wrongly) that the order had not gone through, so I forgot about it. Wrong! Approximately 3 weeks later they debited my card. Once again, I tried to call and couldn't get through, so I waited for the package so I could refuse it and ship it back. The package never came, so I finally got through on their local business number. The CS person put me on hold without telling me she was doing so and I e-mailed them (after FINALLY finding their e-mail address on the site which is listed, btw, as TallBig at aol) and told them to call me back, which she did. She claimed that my order had been shipped to another customer who had "kindly" let them know they had received something they hadn't ordered. She said they wanted to know if I wanted them to send him a shipping label to me... or... And I said I WANT A REFUND. She initially said they had to wait for the other customer to return the item but I insisted on a refund since they had my money for several weeks and there had been no communication from them. She said she would have to talk to a manager, and went off the phone for a moment (NOT long enough to explain to a manager) and came back and said the money would be credited to my card. That was 9 days ago. When I called again today she (once again) put me on hold without telling me she was doing so. After 8 minutes I hung up and opened a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STOUT MENS SHOP/BIGMEN DOT COM! The local BBB rates them at an 'F' with 29 delivery issues. There are many reviews similar to mine on other sites. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE!
